In order to operate to the best of our ability and to provide the best service possible to our clients, as of May 1, 2023 we have implemented the following policies. These policies will be upheld for all new AND all renewal contractual agreements dated on/after May 1, 2023. 


Turman Digital Contract Policy

 

Turman Digital LLC supports honest and fair working relationships between all parties involved in any/all contractual agreements held. In order to operate to the best of our ability, and in the best interest of our clients, we have implemented the following contract policy, effective May 1, 2023. 

 

Any and all work that Turman Digital LLC is commissioned for must be accompanied by a written service package contract, signed by both Turman Digital LLC and the client. 

 

All projects commissioned through Turman Digital LLC must have a signed service package contract and at least 50% of the total invoice amount paid prior to the aforementioned project commencing. 

 

Final projects will not be released to the client from Turman Digital LLC until 100% of the total invoice amount has been paid, per the service package contract held between Turman Digital LLC and the client.

Turman Digital Payment Policy 

 

Turman Digital LLC supports honest and fair working relationships between all parties involved in any/all contractual agreements held. In order to operate to the best of our ability, and in the best interest of our clients, we have implemented the following payment policy, effective May 1, 2023. 

 

To ensure prompt receipt of your final project, please remit payment to Turman Digital LLC immediately upon receipt of your service invoice. 

 

Turman Digital LLC's preferred method of payment is via credit/debit card through our online payment system. Checks are accepted as payment only from business clients with established contracts dated prior to May 1, 2023. 

 

Payment plans are available for all services Turman Digital LLC offers. Payment plans can be discussed and established prior to the drafting of your service package contract. To explore payment plans available to you, please email brittany@turmandigital.com. 

 

Invoices are consider due from the date that they are generated. For unpaid invoices, a 10% late fee will be added every 15 days that payment is not received by Turman Digital LLC.

Turman Digital Refund Policy 

 

Turman Digital LLC supports honest and fair working relationships between all parties involved in any/all contractual agreements held. In order to operate to the best of our ability, and in the best interest of our clients, we have implemented the following refund policy, effective May 1, 2023. 

 

In the event that terms of the service package contract held between Turman Digital LLC and any client are violated by Turman Digital LLC, as described within the service package contract, Turman Digital LLC will be required to remit a full refund of all monies paid within 30-days, unless otherwise specified within the service package contract and/or any of its amendments. 

 

In the event that the terms of the service package contract held between Turman Digital LLC and any client are violated by the client, as described within the service package contract, Turman Digital LLC will be entitled to hold all monies paid and the client is not entitled to any refunds.
